This tour to Manu, a Natural Reserve in Peru´s Amazon Rainforest, has been carefully designed for everyone who loves to experience wide-open nature. A World Heritage site, Manu is Peru’s largest National Park covering a staggering 15,328 km². It has one of highest levels of biodiversity of any park in the world including over 1000 species of birds, including macaws and parrots, which you will see on this tour!

Day 1: Cuzco / Manu
Morning private transfer to Cusco airport to board a 35 minute flight to Boca Manu. Reception and sailing on the Rio Madre de Dios in a roofed boat. Arrival to lodge after approximately 90 minutes. Lunch. Afternoon walk to observe some of the 12 species of monkeys that live in this area. After dinner, a visit to Collpa de Tapires.
Day 2: Manu
Leave at daybreak on excursion to the largest Collpa de Guacamayos and Papagayos in this area of Manu. After a 30 minute journey, we will arrive at a floating hiding-place where hundreds of red and green macaws, also medium and large sized parrots can be observed which arrive at the collpa to feed. After lunch, visit one of the lakes of the area with a big population of birds. Dinner.
Day 3: Manu
Excursion accompanied by native guides to observe fruit trees, species of monkeys and birds, also to appreciate tree and shrub species of this reserve. After dinner, one can visit la Collpa de Tapires again.
Day 4: Manu / Cuzco
Sailing and transfer to Boca Manu airport to board the flight to Cuzco. Reception and private transfer to hotel in Cuzco.
